"I hired Fusebox for a fairly unusual setup involving battery storage, heating integration, a 3-phase supply, and an EV charge point, and I’m really glad I did.
David’s customer service and technical knowledge are excellent. What sets him apart is the depth of experience he brings — he’s spent decades working as an electrician and running his own contracting business. These days he works one-to-one with customers, focusing on solar, batteries, EV charging, and renewable systems, and you can tell straight away you’re dealing with someone who genuinely knows what they’re doing.
That experience really mattered on my house. David has worked extensively around the West Coast and clearly understands Victorian buildings and their quirks. He was thoughtful about what would work, what wouldn’t, and how best to integrate modern systems into an older property without cutting corners.
I also really appreciated the way he works. Rather than bouncing between loads of jobs, David schedules you in properly. You might have to wait a few weeks, but when he’s on your job, you’ve got his full attention — no rushing, no half measures. Honestly, I’d much rather wait and get it done right than have someone trying to spin too many plates.
The work was carried out neatly, carefully, and with real pride taken in the finish.
